Becoming an authorized CarTronics dealer allows you to unlock markets and customers that were previously closed.
CarTronics allows you to unlock the huge after-market potential of vehicles with D2B and MOST fiber optic buses, including- Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, MINI, Jaguar, Land Rover, GM and many others.
Some advantages of dealing with CarTronics:

- In many cases you only need to stock a single part-number for all vehicle types. Our products can easily be configured for an individual vehicle on install.
- Many of our products are firmware upgradeable for your customer's piece of mind.

- Access to dealer only information and tools.
- Get in early for Beta-samples and news on our upcoming products.
Becoming a CarTronics Dealer
- Browse our technical support area and products area for the vehicles you service. You will find a number of various pieces of documentation that will aid in understanding the product range and what's available, and general impressions of the install.
- If you decide you would like to further engage, please fill out the Dealer Application form.
- We will respond in approximately 24 hours after reviewing the information, with a welcome and to answer any further questions you might have. You can then begin placing orders, using our secure dealer order page.
- You will be added to our database of installers. We will give your information to clients that request for a local dealer/installer.
- Even if you choose not to place an opening order, you can still qualify to be on the list of available installers, and we will refer new business to you! However, be forwarned, that we do check with clients before, during and after installation. If any attempt is made to get them to not purchase our equipment, create confusion for the client, or attempt to switch them to other equipment, you will be immediately terminated. You are free to upsell additional items to the client. We simply ask that you respect where the new business lead comes from and fully support our installation.

OPENING DEALER ORDERS
First fill out the dealer application here: Dealer Application and submit it to us.
The first order a dealer places, must contain a minimum of 3 items. The 3 items ordered can not be capable of being placed in the same car. Accessory items (cables, add-ons, etc) and items valued retail at less than $149 do not qualify as part of the quota to qualify for dealer pricing. Once you have fulfilled the opening requirement, you can order items one at a time. Please , or call us if you have any questions. PLEASE BE ADVISED, the only waiver for the minimum order is auto maker franchised dealerships, NO EXCEPTIONS.
However, if you wish to future qualify as a dealer, go ahead and fill out the dealer application. You can order one at a time at regular price, then when you order your third item, you will begin normal Tier 1 dealer pricing.
INSTALLER PROGRAM
By filling out the dealer application and successfully installing your first unit, you will qualify for all of our installation referrals in your area!
Advice: At various points during the year, we can run very low on stock or even be out of stock. We encourage all dealers to keep at least one item in stock so they are not faced with a potential long wait time to service the client.
- Dealers must handle all customer calls themselves. We are to be backup support for the dealer. This way the dealer learns the technical issues and product better.
- Dealer must never advertise on the internet below MSRP
- All dealer orders are non-returnable. All dealer orders carry a one year warranty from the date of sale from CarTronics.com
- All dealer software updates are free of charge
- Product reconfiguration is free of charge
- If any problem arrises during an installation, we require you to work with our support personel during OUR normal business hours (posted and updated on our Contact Us page). Keep the customer out of any problems that arise. Simply inform them that you are working with us to resolve a problem if more time is needed. We will work hard to help you resolve them. If any customer claims that you make disparaging remarks about us, it is grounds for immediate termination.
