After you log in, you will be returned to our regular site, however you will notice your Tier pricing will be in effect, instead of retail pricing. Your current level of pricing is shown right below the Dealer Logout link on the left side of the screen. You will see this ONLY after you have logged in, and will not be shown after you logout. You will automatically be logged out after 25 minutes of inactivity. There are 3 levels (tiers) of pricing available at Cartronics. Tier 1 has the lowest discount and Tier 3 is the highest discount. Your account is reviewed automatically ever 3 months. Unless your opening order is very large, new dealers start at Tier 1 pricing and progressively increase as your volume increases. If your order volume goes down for a long period of time, you may be reduced in pricing levels. You may request a manual review at any time. You will find there are a small number of items through our catalog that do not have a dealer discount because margins are too low. We encourage you to mark those items up, or increase your installation costs. Also, you can be rest assured we will NEVER divulge dealer cost to anyone over the phone without an approved dealer application on file. We consider protecting your profit margins our second highest priority - behind providing superior products that work the first time, and for a long time!
