Cartronics Rear Entertainment System (RES) is a fully integrated, "same as factory installed" rear entertainment solution for Mercedes Benz.
The Cartronics.com rear entertainment system (RES) works just like a Mercedes Benz factory installed system. It includes two color matched headrests with two DVD drives (one in each headrest). It also includes audio outputs, and two rugged headsets, each with a carrying case. One DVD can be used to display on both screens, or each screen can display it's own movie title. It is the our only certified aftermarket rear entertainment system for your Mercedes Benz. Even if your car has pre-safe headrests (active headrest restraint), we include all necessary components to connect to your seat and satisfy your car's startup test requirments. In short, it is designed to work just like a factory installed system would. Installation is straight forward and simple. It does not require any cutting or modification of the car at all, therefore does not void any manufacturers warranty. You can even include our VIM (Video In Motion) module and display the same video on your front NAV screen as well!

Cartronics Digital HDTV Tuner for Mercedes Benz.
The Cartronics.com terrestrial Digital HDTV (ATSC-MH) tuner works just like your TV at home, but can be used while you are driving (not like everyone elses that only work while the car is moving less than 10 miles per hour). It can be used to pick up all your Digital HDTV channels broadcast in your area. Combine it with our VIM module and/or Rear Entertainment system and you will have a complete entertainment experience in your car. It includes a wireless remote control and outputs to any video display device. It also includes inputs so it can be integrated with other player devices (example: DVD player). It is the our only certified Digital HDTV system for your Mercedes Benz. Installation is straight forward and simple. It does not require any cutting or modification of the car at all, therefore does not void any manufacturers warranty. Make no mistake, this is not a digital tuner like all the rest that only works while you are stationary... this works while the car is moving!
